Every IBAN of the company with its balance. An IBAN bound to a stablecoin
(asset USDC or USDT) holds its balance in that asset, with two decimals,
and says which withdrawals it offers now. An IBAN with asset: null is a
EUR IBAN served by the calls above (…/account, …/payouts).
