Makes asset the coin the IBAN's incoming money is converted into from now on; Payca opened it with a default coin. The coin is read when a conversion is made: payments still waiting for the minimum, or due and not yet converted, go in the new coin and are measured against its minimum (minimumDeposits); a conversion made but not yet sent to the market is cancelled and its money converted in the new coin; an order already sent finishes in its coin. Each conversion in the history says the coin it went to. The same coin again changes nothing. A EUR IBAN without a coin (asset: null) cannot switch: invalid_request.
